AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS:

Flesh of x2 ripe avocados (about 240g)

1/4 regular cocoa powder (or raw cacao)

1/4 cup melted dark chocolate chips (we used Hu dark chocolate gems)

4 tbsp milk of choice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

pinch of sea salt

sweetener of choice (to taste)

optional toppings: raw cacao nibs, fresh raspberries, sea salt flakes, etc.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a blender of food processor and blend until smooth. Then add your desired toppings. Enjoy.
