oatmeal breakfast bowl

OATMEAL BREAKFAST BOWL

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rolled oats⁠
1 tbsp ground flaxseed⁠
1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
1 cup water or milk⁠
1-2 tbsp nut butter
1-2 tbsp greek yogurt⁠
other toppings: roasted almonds⁠, berries of choice⁠, nuts and seeds, etc.


INSTRUCTIONS
1. I like to soak my oats overnights (so they're faster to cook in the morning). Add your oats, flaxseeds, and chia seeds in a small container with your water. Leave the container in the fridge overnight.⁠
2. In the morning, add your overnight oats to your small pot and heat over medium/low heat on the stove. You can add in more water or milk if needed, once heated remove from the pot into your serving bowl. Add in your toppings and enjoy!⁠
