protein oatmeal cups

PROTEIN OATMEAL CUPS

***makes about 3 cups

INGREDIENTS

11/2 cup rolled oats (80g)

1 cup eggs whites

1-2 tbsp milk of choice

2 tbsp maple sugar (or sweetener of choice)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

optional: scoop of protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. preheat oven to 350F degrees, and grease your 6-cup muffin pan with oil spray.
  2. in a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients.
  3. divide the mixture into each of your muffin cups.
  4. add in any additional toppings (i.e. berries, almonds, etc.). then bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. let cool for about 10 minutes, remove from pan and enjoy.

toppings ideas: greek yogurt, granola, berries, nut butter, etc.
