GREEK YOGURT BOWL WITH HOMEMADE GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:
about 1.5 cups of greek yogurt
fruit of choice
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of almond flour
2-3 teaspoons of olive oil
enough honey to coat mixture, making it form clumps (about 1-2 tablespoons)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) mix all ingredients together (adding honey in last).
3) spread out on parchment covered baking sheet.
4) put in oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
5) remove from oven and let cool.
6) once cool, add to your bowl of yogurt and fruit. enjoy!!
